Project Overview
A Great Reputation, Hidden Online
Summit Health Staffing places travel nurses and allied health professionals across 30 states. Their recruiters were known for treating candidates like people, not placements. Their website didn’t show it.
The old site was slow on phones, the job search was hard to use, and almost no one found Summit through Google. Most applications came through paid job boards, which got more expensive every quarter.
Summit came to Recruiters Websites with one goal: get more qualified nurses to apply directly.
Our Strategy
How We Did It
We focused on three things: a faster, candidate-first website, a smarter job search, and content that ranks for the searches nurses actually make.
A Candidate-First Website
We designed a new site around the nurse’s journey, from first search to submitted application.
- Mobile-first design that loads in under 2 seconds
- Clear paths for travel, per diem and permanent roles
- Recruiter profiles that put real faces on the brand

Job Search Connected to Their ATS
We connected the site directly to Summit’s applicant tracking system, so new jobs post automatically and every application lands in the right recruiter’s queue.

AI Landing Pages for Every Specialty
Our AI tools drafted 10 landing pages a month targeting searches like “travel ICU nurse jobs in Texas”. Our team then refined each page to match Summit’s voice before it went live.

Recruiters Websites understood our business from day one. Our new site finally feels like us, and our recruiters have more qualified nurses to talk to than ever before.
Results
The Results
A year after launch, Summit’s website is now its number one source of new applicants, and its job board spend is down.
- Nurse applications from the website increased 112% in the first 12 months.
- Organic search traffic grew 288% in 90 days after the AI landing pages went live.
- Job board spend dropped by a third as more candidates applied directly.
- Average time on site rose from 48 seconds to 2 minutes 10 seconds.

Summit is now expanding into allied health, and the same playbook is already driving results for their newest specialty pages.
