With 10 years of direct industry experience along with seven years of recruiting across industrial sectors, I set out to establish a search firm that measures success based on the number of lives impacted rather than the number of placements made. In 2014, following a job loss as an engineer and a stage 3 cancer diagnosis, I felt the call to begin recruiting for the industries in which I had developed a passion for. Nearly 7 cancer-free years later, this calling continues with the establishment of Better Than Found.
